✅ Sales Leadership
- Execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across various educational institutions (Higher Education, Further Education, and Business Schools).
- Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiations and closing.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the EMEA education sector.
✅ Customer Engagement
- Build trust and rapport with key institutional leaders ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the product team to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client success.
- Keep clients informed on new offerings and conduct regular check-ins to sustain strong partnerships.
✅ Market Insight
- Leverage your knowledge of the EMEA education landscape to inform our clients’ strategy.
- Provide feedback from the market to drive product development and improvements.
Requirements
✔ A strong track record of 5+ years in sales, ideally in education technology or related sectors.
✔ Deep understanding of the EMEA educational landscape with a focus on higher education.
✔ Proven experience in managing large enterprise sales cycles and closing deals worth $100K+.
✔ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
✔ A proactive, goal-oriented mindset combined with a passion for improving educational outcomes.
✔ Knowledge of language diversity and experience across the EMEA region is a plus!
