We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, ads, and promotions.
• Create high-quality photo manipulations, illustrations, and animations that align with the brand’s voice and visual style.
• Collaborate with clients to take design briefs and translate them into creative, well-thought-out results.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the work is of the highest quality.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create visually striking branding, product designs, and print materials.
• Assist with the creation of character designs and social media content that resonates with target audiences.
• Use design shortcuts and techniques to efficiently deliver work with quick turnaround times while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Research design trends and apply this knowledge to create fresh, appealing designs.
• Ensure that all design elements are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Manage design workflows independently, showing responsibility and passion for the projects.
• Be prepared to pitch design concepts and present finished work in a professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Highly proficient with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, InDesign, and LightRoom.
• Experience in Social Media Content, Photo Manipulation, Animation, Illustrations, Branding, Social Media Ads, Print Ads, Product Design, and Character Creation.
• Worked for clients on various social media content.
• Must be well versed in taking a brief and delivering creative and well-thought results.
• Team player, an expert in design short-cuts able to deliver high-quality work with short turn-around time.
• Excellent designing, and creative visualization skills.
• Expert in doing research and creating appealing designs.
• Ability to manage work responsibly and passionately.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and produce quality results.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and creating content for the same.
• Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
• Know-how with motion graphics and or creating 2D animations, and gifs is a big plus.
